Stephanielp my insurance company would only approve two facilities in the state, Tampa General or Jacksonville Memorial. They are both considered Blue Chip facilities. Tampa was a lot closer to me but still 3 hours away! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

My BCBS says I need 6 months of nutritional coaching. My endo is writing 2 letters (November, December) for the coaching. I started seeing a Bariatric nutritionist this month. Hoping to have the 6 month requirements don't by April 1st. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

This makes me nervous to hear. I also have BCBS. I bounce from 36 BMI to over 40. I also have GERD but in the last year am medicated for high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I'm hoping my HBP will help my approval. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
