Thank you, and the same to you. I was afraid of long term complications, but I am beginning to see the benefits. My Legs are not swollen.

I am not tolerating water, I am eating ice chips, and 2 sugar free Popsicles. It seems to calm, and soothe my stomach. And decrease the gas pains. 13 days Post up, I hate the smell of food. My husband cooked last night, the smell made me nauseous. Anyone else with this similar experience. Help!!!!

No, I was 275,and 5,4. I'm now 9 days post up. I'm sleeping better, despite some gas discomfort, and incision pain, point of removal of the stomach. So don't give up.

My journey begins on February 23, weight in prior surgery 274 lbs. Day of surgery 270lbs. 7 days Post op 262 lbs. But recuperating.
