I'm three weeks and at about 800. I'd rather be at a higher calorie to be able to work out harder . You still gotta lose at 800.

How far post op are you ? I'm going on a cruise and will be three months post op.

I'm three weeks and have been stuck for days despite walking five miles a day and getting my protein and water goals . I m just gonna believe in the process and trust it will happen . Maybe stay of scale for a week .

I appreciate your candidness . I too was always i the gym trying g to lose weight only to gain . I was so upset and my husband you to say as long as you are throwing something I'm fine w it ! Obviously he didn't want an obese wife but he saw my struggle and just didn't want me to give up . I had no other health issues either I think only because of the exercise . I m three weeks post op Thursday ! Felt the dizziness too and trying to increase my calories a bit . I'm back at the gym but don't feel I have enough calories yet to add weights. Hopefully next week ! I'm only down about 16 but I'm starting to feel good !

I had surgery two weeks ago . Starting weight 232 . Thanks so much for the motivation ! I can't even fathom losing that at this point

Omg I love your videos and even though I'm a woman can relate . I too worked out ferociously last ten years running half marathons , cf etc only to either lose minimal weight and gain it back ot lose nothing . It was so hard for me to justify surgery as well because all my blood work was normal . Bounce ad around up and down between a Bmi of 32 to 37. Broke my ankle last May and instantly gained 30lbd just from lack of exercise and knew something had to be done . I was sleeved March 2 just few days after you ! lol you did scare me in our video though about the post op food . Ten days post op my food plan goes to stage 1 soft foods . I did eat a soft banana which is on at and went down fine but then watched your video and got nervous and rechecked my list lol. Thank you for your candidness ! Huge fan of your videos !

So weird ... I'm 10 days post op and my husband told me tonight that my voice is different

Sleepings been tough . I can't sleep on my back . Around how long did take before you could sleep on your stomach w minimal pain ?

I think everyone gets a script for omneoeazole after . I didn't have Gerd before but immediately post op it was awful day one and two . TodY day three it's a little better

Hmmm three days post op but my largest incision is on my right side . Very swollen , bright red and bruised too. Feels more like a burn

Ice chewing could be an iron deficiency . Have them check your iron
