Got results of blood work and my ferritin n iron r super low so that explains the no energy...[emoji25]take extra iron too so wtf lol

Sleeve to bypass n no regrets so far...8 weeks out. At my hospital there's not a big time difference on the table and our post-ops r all the same. Surprisingly our bypass pts r handling the pain n diet better! Pray n the lord will guide you!!! Best of luck

Slow loser too. Sleeve to rny so I heard I'd lose slower bc of it. Chewable multi vitamin and extra iron daily.

Rny may 23 n I'm down 30 pounds but I still see the 273 girl on may 1. (I was 265 day of surgery) everyone else has commented on it but I don't see it except some tops r looser n baggier. As an RN I'm exhausted at end of 12 hrs so not a lot of exercise for me but I do resistance bands everyday. I'll have to try pics too n see if I can notice.
