I'll be 6 weeks post op on Monday and have also lost 29 lbs since surgery! Of course, I wish it were just a little more but I'm still happy!! I have at least 70 more to go.... one day at a time.

Why only 3 oz? On day 3 they had me drinking 10oz 3 times a day...

I also like food cool a bit before using. I've added a little to tomato Soup.... let it cool then keep whisking it in...

I was sleeved on 2/13 and also have felt very hungry for the past few days.... I go back tomorrow to get my next phase diet.

Thanks all! Finally, relief today! I too had Reglan and patch in addition to Zofran. Hope you are all doing well! That was a week of hell for me, feeling good now.

I have had my surgery yet however my post op supplement instructions are chewable multi Vitamins, sublingual B12, Calcium chew and chewable Vitamin D. Also, clear and full liquids - totaling 64 oz day. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
