Day 3 Hi all I am back home and not feeling too bad now I'm out! My bedroom was next to the nurses desk and all I heard all day and night were very loud bips from patients calling. I also ended up with crashing pressure headache from oxygen or aircon , that masked the other aches till now. They gave me a bucket load of drugs to take home and now I have to figure out how to eat. I have zero hunger. Sent from my Pixel XL using the BariatricPal App

Three days to my sleeve. Anyone else get nauseous and very tired on pre op diet? Also I can only find gummy Vitamins for post op. Can they be tolerated? I am in Australia BTW. Thanks Sent from my Pixel XL using the BariatricPal App

In Australia we can apply to pay for our operation with our superannuation money. This is a warning text for anyone tempted to use a company to do this...DON'T. I forked out $680.00 to a company who claim to speed up the process and know how to get Centrelink approval. They have no more pull with Centrelink than you do! they are also pushing the boundaries of fraudulent behaviour as they require you to hand over your MyGov passwords and login. They have cost me big dollars and I ended up doing all the negotiating with Centrelink myself. The Centrelink Early release of Superannuation team are excellent and will walk you through the process without you having to give money to a third party and they assured me it is just as quick if not quicker to do it yourself. So save the money and buy yourself a new skinny wardrobe full of clothes when the sleeve is all over. Sent from my Pixel XL using the BariatricPal App
