I literally could not stand taking all those Vitamins everyday. I barely could drink more than two sips of the Protein shakes. When I tried, my stomach hurt and I stayed in bed except to do my walking. Sent from my SM-J700T using the BariatricPal App -

You better know it, especially if you paid cash out of your own pocket. Long hours, sweat and tears! 5 years out and I won't turn back....size 221/2 to size 10. Still do my walking only problem is when I feel myself and eat sweets or something greasy. I get that sick feeling to throw up. Hang in there, it works.
