Helpful Thank You. I working in a deli and I find myself grazing. Not good

I’m 9 months post op weight came off fast I lost 80 lbs. I haven’t lost a pound in 4 months I’m stuck at 270. I find myself eating more. They say it slows down but not a halt like this. I’m getting concerned [emoji45]

I'm concerned that 6 ounces is to much. I'm avoiding breads sweets and no carbonated beverages. I avoid fluids 1 hr to 2 hrs before dinner and I notice I don't get that full filling. I stop at 6 oz and I am afraid I can eat more but I don't. Is this normal. ?

Chicken meatloaf or boneless skinless chicken thighs. Side of cauliflower rice or 3 oz yam

Gman1 reading your story is like reading my own, only I'm 47 I'm in USA. I was always the big guy growing up 230 was my lowest weight since my wedding in '95. I topped off at 350. Had sleeve done 2/3/17. I'm day 3 post op. A lot of mixed emotions going on right now. Sometimes feel like if this was a mistake. But keep looking forward to a healthier life. This decision came clear to me when I lost my brother 7 months ago to a massive heart attack. He was 44. I'm dealing with a lot of healing pains in stomach area and acid reflux is sometimes unbearable. Have to keep moving forward. 325 this morning ????. We can do this!!!! Day 2 post op. My glands are sore not swollen. It says to Call if swollen. Wondering if it's just from general anesthesia. Also in having terrible acid reflux I take 20 mg omepazole daily Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
