Not quite haven't managed to stick to it again. I have 10 days from tomorrow to do it right but kicking myself. I just feel like 3 slimfast shakes is ridiculous when I read what other people can have. My diet isn't for just me personally it's just what my surgeon suggests. So day 3 of liquid diet and I have cheated already was so tired and dizzy at work i had some of the luch that was put on for staff at a training day. I started my pre op diet on Saturday. On 3 shakes a day about 600 calories and I am really struggling. Band surgery booked for 4th of February. Sent from my SM-G925F using the BariatricPal App
