Hello all, glad to have found this forum! I had the ReShape dual balloon insertion on 1/17. The 36 hours after I got home were beyond awful. I was dry-heaving constantly and my entire abdomen felt awful. All of the meds that I was given to help would be vomited out as soon as I took them. My dr gave me anti-nausea suppositories and those really helped. Right now, though, I have consumed very few calories and am finding it impossible to get many in. Over the course of the day so far I have been having a sip of Water every few minutes, tried 1/2 a popsicle, had a bite of Jello (ew), had a few sips of an ensure shake (per my dr) and gagged down a package of pudding. My abdomen just HURTS I've read many scary reviews online where people had the balloons removed because they couldn't tolerate them. I truly hope that doesn't happen for me!
