How much have you lost now?

I am doing a lot better. 2 months out, lost 28lbs. Feeling good. I try to stay hydrated as much as I can. How are you?

Yes I do feel better. And you guys are right, I can't compare myself to others. Although they make it look like magic, I've got to realize that most have been sleeved for a longer period of time. I was just hoping to keep up the momentum as in the beginning. I do need to take my eyes off the scale every week and maybe try every month. I thought I was behind everyone in their weight loss journey.

How long is it before we can take regular vitamins? ...instead of chewables Some vitamins are very big though. ?Sent from my iPhone

I am 20 days out Week 1: spoonfuls to 1/2 oz Week 2: 1 oz 1/2 scrambled egg Week 3: 1 oz whole egg. No cheese Week 4: starting to get in 1.5 oz I measure everything and time my intervals of food and Water. I wait 50 minutes before I drink after eating. I wait 15 minutes after drinking to eat. I also have BCBS of Alabama. I live in WV and was denied surgery in December 2016 after having 6 consecutive months of doctor visits. They required me to submit forms stating that I had a BMI of over 40 in the years 2013, 2014, 2015. I went to 3 different doctors to get these forms. It was difficult. In the end, I wasn't approved until after the new year 2017 and missed my paid deductible for 2016 (which would have saved me $3,000). Now I'm waiting on my huge doctor bill to come in the mail ????Sent from my iPhone

I guess I am a slow healer. At this time (13 days VSG post op) ........................................ I can't lie down in my bed - still in recliner I can't get all my liquids down. (About25oz) I can't get all my Protein (about20g) I still have pain in the center of my abdomen I'm 52 and also had hernia surgery. I haven't went back to work yet. Is this highly abnormal?
