I understand what u mean i had the same concerns im big but never wanted to be small my goel weight has been 200-220 i dont mind my thighs rubbin or some belly and wondered if my face would look suken in but i had to look in to myself and weigh out my options so u have to do the same theres goin to be some changes we are not goin to like lol BigBodyBombFace

I was told no carbonation at all it will be the best for you in the long run any ways so i would omit it from now to get use to not drinking it BigBodyBombFace

I have a friend had rny 3 years ago she never stopped smoking preop or postop and she has been rushed to hospital 3 times for emergency surgery because of ulcers..just a little insight...START WHEN EVER YOU WANT i dont think there is an actual best time to destroy ur lungs this whole process is to get healthy what better way then to smoke a cigarette....come on u been doing so good so far i am an ex smoker 4 years smokefree best thing ever TRUST ME BigBodyBombFace

My first couple days i had a lil headarch and dizzyness i kinda just felt out of it but now 14days only aloud liquid its easy im not really hungry the sight of food makes me sick im al most done monday is my date BigBodyBombFace

You are coming to a site of big people we have been thru ups and downs with weight lose we all no what 30lbs gained and 30lbs lost looks on some one or atleased roughly ...this is not 3 weeks apart this is not what 30lbs lost looks like on a obest person I've been on preop for 8 days and i have lost 24 pounds no one has noticed and i have not even had sugery yet and its disgusting that u would play on peoples hopes like that ...however i do not denie its not the same person just ur time frame does not add up with ur pic but congratulations on ur weightloss tho BigBodyBombFace Why block out ur face in ur pics and not block it out on ur profile pic? I live in ontario (canada) its been 2 years and a half (slow processes do to low red blood cell count) im on preop now and surgery is on jan 30 for the sleeve BigBodyBombFace

Surgery Jan 30 for me also...i started my liquid diet on jan 12 i would be lieing if i said its easy im on day 6 my headaches have stopped i get a few dizzy spells hungry is not as bad but i am starting to choke back the Optifast shakes make sure to change up flavors in ur shakes it helps i cheated a couple days ago with 2 crackers WORST MISTAKE your stomach gets use to liquids so the crackers were to heavy i had the worst cramps ever... 12 more days to go BigBodyBombFace

Im sorry i cant help u on what ur goin thru but i can sympathise i to have been having mini attacks i have never had surgery nor been under anesthesia befor i know im goin to loose it when it comes time but i do try and keep positive BigBodyBombFace
