You can do this u was the same way I cried about everything and thought I was going crazy, even had martial issues and had a huge fight with my husband over nothing. Ugh made me crazy! You can do it and it is worth it!! At least after surgery you won't really be hungry and for some reason your not so crazy and emotional over everything. I am about three weeks post op have to take prepaid for 6 months but I just had to get a refill on my nausea meds. I only have to take nausea meds in the morning generally after that I'm good so it could last a little while but I was told should go away soon. I still have tightness and burning sometimes when I drink so I'm going to ask my Dr about that, I'm already on the prepaid wouldn't think I should have that problem. How are you doing with your diet?

Liquid diet is tough I wish you luck! It's all worth it! You are obviously doing this for a reason just remember that!

I take the gummies, in all I do have to take 16 of them a day to get all my vitamins but I break them up and it's like a little piece of candy through the day. I get all my gummies from Walmart

Your going to question everything and have so many different emotions. I cried almost everyday of my two week pre on liquid diet! I had rny on 1/24/17 doing pretty good. But it was tough and some days continue to be but you have to keep the goal in mind why did u decide to do this in the first place make a list of problems you have and why you are doing this it may help you. Everyone has different pain tolerance pain levels after having arthritis and a bad back for years I thought mine were pretty high but I am over two weeks out and still have to be on pain killers almost everyday. I hope you get relief try changing portions often and walking a little I found bending over a high table while sitting helps with the pain a little.

Try gas X or a heat pad, the gas pain does Suck there were some days my physical incision pain isn't so bad but the gas pain is killer! Try bending over moving around things like that to get it moving! I feel you pain! I had rny 1/26/2017

I have been going at this trying to get all of my approvals for a year now. I have surgery roux en y for 1/26/2017. I almost there and I'm feeling like I'm loosing the umph, the happiness, I really don't know what to call it. I should be really excited and instead I'm just kinda like uh . I don't know if it's because I've been so emotional during the 2 week liquid diet or I'm just tired of trying to tell my self it's worth it or what. Did anyone else have this issue. Am I just tired? Post op 3 days I still hurt pretty bad, been up walking and drinking Water and Protein AZ much as possible. I am scheduled for 1/26 and I'm probably going to spell this wrong but I'm getting the roux en y with the band, being done at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus.
