I’m 3 years post op gastric sleeve and lost 159 pounds. I’ve gained back 48-50 pounds in the last year. Most of which in the last few months. I’m depressed, overwhelmed, and feeling like a failure. I know I can do this and lose down to my goal weight but dagg-ummit I need some supporters and pushy people to help me!!! Pm me if you’ll text me and help motivate me to get it done!!!! I can be pushy too!!! It’s easy to preach it! I need to be nagged! Anyone out there who likes to nag?
