Im a 39 year Man father of one little Girl before surgery I was just a big guy I never really allowed my weight to stop me from doing what I wanted to do. I owned my weight I considered my self a big sexy ass man but then the years start catching up to me and the weight came on more and more each year I was still sexy but I was losing that peep in my step. And then my health started to decline High blood pressure and Diabetes numbers were out of control. I was faced with the decision to say big sexy or live. Well you guess what I picked Big sexy had to go. So in October my PCP sent me to See Doctor Anez I was scared shitless I mean I never had surgery ever and the fear started on day one of the meeting with the Doc. And he keep it real with me I ask a bunch of question but the one that sat with me for a while was could I die in surgery and he told me it surgery all surgeries have a level of risk. but regardless of that fear I press thru cause the fear of dying a fat man in my early 40's over powered the fear of dying on the table. And there were so many times I wanted to throw in the towel. Seeing the Damn Therapist bring up shit out of my past, not getting my numbers right or getting them right and then at the last minute they take a turn for the worst,  insurance denial  letters, Doctors office not sharing info about the surgery that freaks you out or hits your pockets last minute. I mean it was a few reason I could've allow my bullshit stop me from seeing the new me but that Surgery day came on November 17, 2016 and it was the best thing I have done for myself 40Lb the first month 20 the second and I feel great.
