Hi everyone new here I had my surgery on February 7th and doing good but not able to tolerate my protein shakes. Does anyone suggest a really good unflavored protein powder that I can add to my food. I like to make smoothies with fruit and thought to add protein powder to them. Thanks

I been using the patch since before my surgery on Feb 7th and have no problem with it. Went to pre op testing and they took blood and looked like everything was good. I'll know more after I'm back on the patch after surgery. But as for now I find it working and more convenient.

Mine was after a bad break up from a 16 year relationship being told to leave my home in PA to go back to where I grew up in Brooklyn N Y. I gained 78 pounds from going into deep depression. Also have very bad lipedema in both my legs causing me pain and unable to walk like I want to. I'm still in my process with the clearances for my surgery. I hoping to have surgery in nov, Dec the latest.
