Hey Im trying to figure out if what im eating is real bad or not I live in an extremely hot country and end up having an ice pop every day(55 calories) also when in the office and i run out of food i sometimes have an energy bar(99 cal) is this terrible or not too bad? I know the feeling mate, I also am 6 months after sleeve and went from 122kg to 84kg , the past month or so i keep on having ices(too much sugar) and energy bars throughout the day and its killing me. I guess i need to remind myself where i came from and where im trying to go.
