Hey everyone I started my process for WLS in October, I have 2 more visits to meet the requirements for my insurance. I'm looking to get the vsg by the end of next month or March. When I started the process I switched my insurance and my primary care doctor as well. Does anyone know if that would be a problem for the refferal? We talked about it and she agrees this would help me a great deal. I'm in the process if getting my old records transferred so she can look them over. Just not sure if she states that I've been under her care only for a few months would raise res flags. Thanks in advance

Yea my insurance policy has the 4 documented visits along with a letter of recommendation from your primary doctor. Seems like everything should be ok. Thanks for the response! Sent from my SM-J700T using the BariatricPal App
