Truthfully if this is you witch in my opinion it's not congrats but showing all that means nothing . I had my surgery 12/21/16 and I'm down 37 pounds even when I'm in different lighting I still look the same . Thanks everyone had to call the doctor unfortunately I took an adult dose of the miralax and it cause me to bind up . Had to do a enema So lesson well learned only take the child's dose !!! Hi I'm new to this . I'm about 4 weeks out had surgery on December 21 and 28 pounds down . Everything is going great with following my plan and walking. Unfortunately it's been a week that I haven't had any bowel movement and was wondering if that's normal or a red flag. I am completely bloated and I even tried Miralax and that did not do anything .
