Hi all Yesterday was my post op apt and my doctor gave me the green light to move to stage 3 foods. I need some advice on what to eat since he did not give me any help on what my daily meals should look like. Also he said I should be eating around 800 calories. Does that seem high for 3 weeks post op? I would gladly love some advice on what my daily meals should be and calories! I have lost 16.4 since surgery. Thanks so much! Kristin

Help! I'm having surgery on Tuesday the 28th and I need to know what kind & what form of supplements to buy. Liquid, chewable, tablets? My pre op is on Monday and I'm sure my dr will tell me then but I would like to get them this weekend. I'm so exited the day is almost here! Thanks!!

Why are you on liquid for 3 months??

Hi all. I finally have my surgery date 4/11/17! I'm SO excited!! I was wondering how much time I will be off work? I have a desk job. Also how long do you have to wait after surgery to go to the gym and take group exercise classes? I have a 2.5 year old son will I be able to lift him after surgery? How long do I have to wait? Thanks for your help!!
