    Is there a calorie intake that we should be following? I log all my food but I don't always eat it all.. make sense? I've ranged 600 - 900 this week .

    Yes, I agree I should've taken a little longer. I had a sitdown job but it killed me sitting all day. My clothes sat on my incisions and it was just uncomfortable.

    I fluctuate all week so I only weigh on Monday's. Average about 5lbs a week.

    I went back to work after a week I was still sore but worked as much as I could and left early if needed. I had a sedentary job
