I have my sleeve booked in for January 25th 2017. I have been counting down for nearly 6 months (waiting for my insurance wait-period to be over). This last week I have been trying to start on the liquid diet every day (a week earlier than I needed to). I have been eating a lot less than usual and have already lost nearly 3kg but my diet hasn't been all shakes and Soups. My question is do I have to stick to the liquid/shakes 100% over then next 2 weeks (pre-sleeve) or is it more about the weight loss - so if I keep calorie counting and drop a few more kg eating much less than usual, is that ok?
