    What type of exercise in first month or two?

    I'm two years out from my surgery. I started at 225 and lost 100 pounds. I started walking five to 15 mins everyday for the first month. And kept pushing myself and my limits until I started running which began in third month. I also added strength training and different workout videos to my routine.
