so i have my second to last NUTRITION VISIT on the 6th of this month. and my last one is july 6th. ive had a rocky road. lots of turns and road blocks. but im coming up to the final few months. ive lost 32 lbs in the two years ive been on this journey and it seems like its not enough. it hard but i wanted more to be gone before the actual surgery.

stress/anxiety will also keep the weight.(at least from my point of view) dont stess (i know how hard that is because i stress too) but when you mentally keep all the bad in. your body does the same. try meditation? or something that is going to make you happy. calm. and keep that mindset.
