I wasn't sure when I made my first appointment if I would even go through with surgery or not. I did a lot of research before I even went in to see the doctor (I'm kind of weird that way).  My insurance plan require a 4 month nutrition plan before approval for surgery. I decided that I would go ahead and do the nutrition plan. This would give me the time to decide if this was something I really wanted to go through with. After it was all said and done I obviously decided to go ahead with the surgery. super excited and nervous all at the same time
