    Being able to put my socks and shoes on without getting out of breathe! I'm a very active person, I work outside( security officer at a state park) so bending over is always happening to pick up trash or hopping in and out of work truck!     I have make the choice to change my life also. I too have to do 6 months of weight loss with family dr and psych evaluation and 3 years of weight loss charts.
