I was sleeved 12/23 and doing great! A dear friend wants to have it also but her insurance won't pay. She's been so excited and now is so disappointed. How have any of you handled this situation! Suggestions? Thanks in advance! Countess531

Shelby isn't worth your time. Forget her! Have you googled for specific exercises for your target area? Maybe pay for a session or 2 with a personal trainer. Just go long enough to learn some good exercises! Countess531 -
