Thank you for the suggestions, I will definitely give them a try. Blue raspberry is one of my favorite flavors. I don't like that gritty chalky taste either.

My surgery was Nov 16 and I'm still having some issues. When you swallow just little bites does your chest stay hurting bad? Mine does and then up comes foam.... ughhh I want chicken!
