I really needed this today! I have one month until I have my surgery and I am starting to get nervous about altering my body. I keep reassuring myself that the trade off will be so worth it and your story confirms that what I am about to do is the right thing. I am 43 and have spent most of my teens all the way up to my late 30s wanting to die. Since I turned 40 I have wanted to do nothing but live! I have young nieces and nephews that I want to go do fun things with and soon I will be able to. I can't wait to live a full life now! Thank you for sharing your story! I needed to hear it! Anyone have any issues with a rash from the protein drinks? I have tried different ones and this rash just won't go away! I am afraid that it may be a reaction to some of the vitamins in them. Any suggestions?

Yes like hives...I had to stop the premier and advantedge because of the itchy. I have some lotion they gave me but doesn't always help. I am so sick of being itchy! Yes I had rash and my mouth and lips broke out. I got very nausea and vomited every brand I tried and even powder.So what are you doing for protein?

Hello, I got all of my approvals for my surgery, just waiting for them to give me a surgery date, I have currently lost 12.5 of my 30 pounds required by my surgeon. I would like to have surgery the week of February 5th, 2017. Any suggestions on how to take off my weight faster before surgery without being hungry? I am excited to get my surgery scheduled and start my new lifestyle! Thanks for your help!

Sorry you are having such drama! I have been using a CPAP for about 3 years now, and I really did hate it for a while when I first got it. You will need to try different masks until you find one that you can tolerate. I absolutely cannot sleep without mine now, if I don't put it on I wake myself up snoring. You will get used to it eventually, just give it some time and remember that its for your health! This is a journey to get healthy all the way around! Hope you can get it straightened out soon.
