Yes I have that issue so I came home and used my miralax. Now I have added Metamucil to my miralax.

I had mine on June 9 th. I have to measure precisely. That is ok. I am going to start exerciseing now. I am a diabetic and I have given up my pump and I am doing shots when I need to but having some lows. I just had supper and my blood sugar is 87. Any ideas?

I am really struggling as well. However I am reminded that the Lord is sitting on my rightwaiting to take my frustration away. We do spend time together at night. I try to look for what we get to eat and ask the Lord to give me zeal so that I don't grumble. -

Onetopmom my surgery is also scheduled for the 12th. As far as the liquid diet before surgery some Drs do it some don't. The food lists can vary too. I too have researched and I heard about the big book. I am curious if you think it was helpful? What kind of Liquids are on that diet? This site is a good one to learn from -
