    Super excited and nervous of the unknown. Pre-op diet hasn't been to bad Protein shakes, sugar free Jello and 1 meal of lean protein w/veggies. I'm getting ready right now to go in for pre-op testing and then consultation with my surgeons nurse, They said to prepare for 3hr meeting.     I use the Creamy vanilla and Dutch chocolate. Didn't like the Chocolate too much, I think the Iso100 taste better. I have several flavors of the sugar free Torani syrups that i use with the vanilla, I think I'll add some peppermint to the chocolate next time.
