How will I take my pills?

Why are you drinking juices, they are so full of sugar?

    December bypass buddies

I just did my 3 month too and down 52lbs. I thought I should've been down at least 60 but they said I'm right on track so I'll stop beating myself up and just keep at it!

    Feeling discouraged...

I have the same issue. I lost about 28lbs initially but have not lost but 1lb in the last 2 weeks. I'm barely eating 500 calories and am getting at least 60-70 grams of Protein a day plus about 80 oz of fluids. Trying to stay patient but was told the weight would just fall off! Had surgery Dec 2nd. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Help--gallbladder pain

My Dr put me on a medication that's supposed to suppress getting gallstones cuz apparently it's common to get them with rapid weight loss so we're taking a pro active approach Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Psych eval questions

Wow. My Psych eval consisted of a therapist asking me questions off a pre-written questionnaire and inputting my answers into the computer. Asked me nothing very personal and it took maybe 30 mins and cost me $100. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Feelin' sorry for myself

Don't they have bariatric support groups through your Dr? Mine does and would be a good place to meet people and already have something in common. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    protein shakes ?

I love the Premier pre-mixed shakes. You can get them at costco or Amazon has them. They taste like chocolate milk and are in a nice grab and go container. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Pooping a lot ?

I take 2 colace in the a.m. and p.m. to avoid the constipation but still had a little bit of it afterwards. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Pooping a lot ?

Ok at least I'm not alone in the bathroom! Lol. Thank you! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  13. I had a rny on Dec 2nd and just skated through the whole thing. Very little pain or discomfort and no problems with the liquid diet. I'm actually finding it hard to eat more solid foods. But for not eating much of anything it seems like I'm pooping an awful lot. Is this normal? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Protein bars

They are good. Have had them before surgery but you better check with your Dr to see if you can have them after you finish with the liquid diet. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
