Yes my Dr said on my first visit I was way below the schedule for wt loss. I went home and got mad. I'm the one on the journey. Don't let others bring you down. Remember Dr look at there statistics. Also remember That some people do not want you to succeed. Sometimes its family that run you down or some people Think that you staying strong makes you better than them and that's have no one to put down. Please look at all you have accomplished. Every day is a new day to in joy your success. We have to be our main supporter. Keep going forward even if you don't loose the fast pounds it's the like Steady as you go.

I'm 11 months out from gb surgery. I have found the one that Is your best support person is you. I had to get to a point that he'll or high water I'm going to make it and this is a life change. I live on my support apps that track all my foods protein carbs fats exercise then I set challenges for myself in exercises Boy has it been a new life I found a person who had gb surgery 5 years ago. She treats her eating and exercise life like a religion. It's an everyday process she said. That has helped me. FYI depression is very very common after surgery. Like hair loss eat more protein and exercise more. If it doesn't work or you can't see a counselor. I did and it helped. Keep in touch. There are a lot of us out here

What flavor do use with the sugar free pudding and heavy cream. It sounds like another good treat to eat once in awhile. Thanks to everyone for the good help and ideas.

I'm 11 months out. I to fight the bad habits. When I travel it's so hard to find the right foods. I just keep my 2 pictures of before and after in my purse and look at them when I look at a menu. It helps me most of the time. I could only eat a half of a kids burger. But I can't eat bread still to this day. I notice that I have to watch how fast I eat. I over eat. Before I realize it happens. My friend who had this surgery 5+ years ago said that you have to build in habits of what and how much to eat then keep the habits. I'm trying to do that. She hasn't gained any wt since she hit goal. She also exercises 4 times a week. Her maintenance is a religion. Good luck to us
