I had the loop D/S Jan 3, 2017 I am almost 4mo post-op and have lost 68lbs. My surgeon was Dr. Matthew Metz from Parker Colorado and he is the greatest.  I did have a incisional hernia post-op day #3 and had to go back to surgery. I can not believe how much better I feel, I do not hurt all the time, I have energy. I have dropped from a size 22 to a 16. My goal weight is 150lbs, my start weight was 278lbs.   I HATE all the vitamin's and just recently ordered vitamin patches, I am hopeful they will be a feasible alternative to all the chewable ones that I can not stand.  I am very happy with my results thus far and can not wait to see what the future holds.
