All day tests and classes!
sasharbinx replied to lehana's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
The test at the psych eval for me at least was a personality test that was a bajillion questions. Just a heads up maybe it's the same thing for you! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

Yeah it dissipates! I'm just over two weeks and it's no problem now. I never even bothered with gas-x. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

It's been two weeks since I got sleeved and I'm already noticing myself racking up calories throughout the day by grazing. What I'm eating is generally healthy (protein shakes, jello, peas, cottage cheese, tomato basil soup, Crystal Light) - none of what I eat isn't on the avoids list for me. It just seems I feel like I snack around more than I should. Have you all experienced this and how did you put an end to it because I know a sleeve reduces an intake... it's me who controls the frequency. Partial venting here. I know I need to change. Just looking for support! I'd like to think a few days of this hasn't undone the whole value or ambition of my procedure. Like today has been my highest day since I've had the surgery - 1028 calories (approximately from MFP). Yesterday was 967. The day before that was not so bad at 850. Tuesday was 922. The day before that was 654. So I guess I've just had a few days of higher than I'd like eating... still losing slowly! Just worried my old habits will come back! Honest constructive criticism welcome!

High Protein Clear Soups

They sell sodium free broth at my local grocery store. The only thing I can think of is dissolving unflavored Protein powder into broth! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

3 Weeks Post Op...What meats to try? Recipes? Ideas?
sasharbinx replied to NCGURL's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I'm looking forward to sliced of smoked salmon with light cream cheese once I hit the three week mark! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
Agreed with the above comment. You're being flaked out on and getting the go around for what you've probably already paid for appts and stuff. This happened to me several years ago and it wasn't until I went to a different better clinic that things moved swiftly. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
