It does get easier.... my surgeon suggested me to blend 1/2 banana and 1 cup of milk on top of the protein shakes and it did help me a lot.

The only protein I could take was premier. I also got protein from drinking fairlife milk. Hope it helps.... good luck and I promise it will get better

I can't tell you have many people discouraged me from getting the sleeve done, but I had made up my mind and didn't really care about what people had to say. I know this is not a huge change but whatever changed already means the world to me.... I could not wait for a whole month anniversary lol.... I am just too excited that this has already happened and that I feel great or better.... I feel amazing! Thank God for leading me through the process.... Actually, I got this problem after I got pregnant... anyways... I have been sleeved since January 20th and so far no sciatica issues. I even had deep tissue massage ( which often makes my sciatic nerve hurt as heck) and have had no issues or pain whatsoever!!!!
