I need advice. I can't find a Protein shake I can keep down I tried nectar (all flavors) also Beneprotein. Now I'm trying atkins lift and the after taste is horrible. I cant keep it down. I already talked to my Doctor and he told me to hold my nose and drink it. But doesnt help. So hopefully someone can help me what Protein Shake i can drink.
