hello.. so i am still on my liquid diet only clear liquid.. and if i want plane yogurt from time to time just like my dr recommended. am sticking to the diet.. but am having a hunger feeling from day 7 and now all i want is to eat real food is this feeling normal? didn't the say that they remove the place were your stomach gets hungry? or is it just a myth? and did you cheat on 10 days post op... love to hear your experiences Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

hi.. 4 days post op and am having an unpleasant felling in my tummy or my stitches i cant tell them apart really!! so when do you feel normal again. am sitting all the time with a frown face because the nausea and the mild pain comes and goes Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

4 days post op... am having trouble sleeping.. tossed and turned for hours... i have no idea what side to sleep on i am a belly sleeper and im scared to sleep on my belly to cause leaks. any tips for a good night sleep sleeverfarah

so i had my sleeve done on the 25th. the first day was very hard for me.. the pain and the nausea was horrible. but now 4 days its getting better, i wont lie i still have pain and trouble getting drinks in but my dr said its all part of the process. today i had my first liquid sea-throw soup but after 4 hours i had my first bowel movements and it was diarrhea lol so bye bye soup . some of the things that is happing to me after op is: 1-pinches of pain from my back and goes to the stitches in my belly is it normal? 2- im having trouble knowing when i need to go to the bathroom 3- vomiting is still going most of it they said because the anesthesia is it ok to still have it after 4 days? my dr said its fine but id love to hear what your doing after your sleeve best wishes sleeverfarah

get well soon dear the first 2 days are hard but they do get easier don't worry .. try to rest as much as you can and everything will be fine and by 3rd day if you can walk it will help with the gases .. and they give you this 3 balls thini to blow to opens your lungs its good too sleeverfarah

my op was on the 25th.. i have 2 and a 6 yrs.. i had some help from my mom and a Nany just for told them its for 2 weeks hopefully not more .. since the dr said i cant carry anything heavy. all the best dear sleeverfarah
