I am reaching out to anyone that can offer me some advice I am 5 day out of surgery and the broth is not working I feel like and can handle some soft butter beans but I am scared as its has not been 7 to 10 days is what they recommend before going to that. any advise on how to also get down my water as I am so scared I am going to over do it and stretch my stomach back out

ok broth is not working I feel like my stomach is full of gas and I drink the hot broth but does not seems to help I see that someone else took gas x so am going to try that and see. I know I am making a big deal I will force myself to do what I know is need I knew what I was getting into when I chose this path
