Hi guys... First im new and not scheduled for surgery till March. However, I've been trying to change my habits now and have been doing good with Protein etc... until those busy days hit... then my old habits come back with out even realizing it. Hey all, I am new here. Just starting my journey. I wanted to get started on getting acclimated to the protein drinks now to hopefully make it easier on myself post-surgery. So hoping this isnt a dumb question. I have been searching what peoples favs are for protein shakes/drinks. So I see that I have a number of choices to go through. What I would like to hear is for those of you who have tried Premier Protein (seems to be the most popular) but DIDNT like it, and what you went to. As I have been really struggling with drinking a full one at a sitting. TIA!

Thank you! I'm just not sure when to put the request in for time off. If my surgery is in March, and I say I'm having hernia surgery. Is it to early to put the request in now?

I have a question for those of you that said you had a hernia op. How soon do you know you need an operation? Meaning if my surgery is in March, when would I normally know I was going to have a hernia surgery? Thanks so much! Still haven't decided what I'm going to say, but this will help with my decision.
