I don’t track food like that I honestly just base everything off protein every meal protein, so far I lost 130. I’m currently 180 but 2 week ago I was 170

Omg today was one of the most exciting days ever. I went shopping and decided to face my fears and try on jeans in the store.. I picked up the biggest size possible which was 13, come to find out I'm a 7! Soooo happy and can't believe it. I love them and got both pairs [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] Weight: 171 Height: 5'7 Measurements: 32-26-40
