Where did I EVER say I want to "load up" on carbs? You've had the sleeve done so you damn well know the most a person can eat 2 weeks post opp is a spoonful or two. No one wants to be on a liquid diet forever. Cut your bs trying to lowkey fat shame people when you should be giving helpful advice like you weren't big as a house at one point. Please. My surgery was on Wednesday 12/14/2016. I think my problem is mostly getting in enough water. Besides that I'm craving food like 24/7 I can't stop thinking about pizza and buffalo chicken salad. Ok that sounds good. I slowly try to drink the already made Premiere Protein shakes in the chocolate flavor. I can only have a few sips at a time but it is great. Make sure you are hydrated. I had the same problem up to 2 days ago. I met with my surgeon for my follow up appointment and he sent me to the ER once he realized why I felt that way. He said typically I would feel tired my first week but lack of fluids will heavily cause the shortness of breath, weak feeling, etc. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

It's ok everyone takes time to heal differently. Your body will know when it's ready to accept a little heavier foods. I think I will end up like that as well.
