What’s everyone’s height? I was sleeved dec 9 and my SW was 255 and I am now fluctuating between 163 and 166. I am 5’9 so my BMI is 24 which is normal now but I’d like to get down to 155 lbs so it gives me room to gain weight without being overweight. I lost all my weight without doing any exercise but paying attention to what I ate. But I really now need to tone up my body because it’s very loose.

I've also experienced this! I've also gained about 2 pounds during the week of my period this month so I hope this weight comes off next week. I'm also craving sweet stuff and chips more during my period week. Have you experienced this, or is it just me? Lol -
Hello! I had mine on dec 9 so it's been 6 months and a week and I've lost 71 lbs started at 255 and down to 184. My height is 5'9 for reference. How about you?

Hello everyone! I'm curious on what the amount of food we should be eating. How many ounces/cups of protein and veggies are we supposed to be eating in a meal? I usually have a protein the size of my palm and around 1/2 cup of veggies for a meal. I get pretty full but I'm not sure if I should be eating less. Thank you! Sleeves 12/9/16

Hello everyone! I was sleeved 12/9 and weighed 255. I currently weigh 198 and my height is 5'9. Just wanted to see how everyone is doing on their weight loss journey and their stats. Please post your height too because I feel like that's an important factor when looking at other people's weight loss. Thank you!

SW 12/9 Height 5'9 SW 255 CW 198 Total lost 57 I drink one 30g protein shake a day and eat chicken/beef for lunch and dinner. I try to drink my water but I don't get as much as I need :/ I haven't been exercising either which is something I want to start working on. Compared to everyone's comments, it looks like we're all around the same weight lost amount which is good to know! I only lose about 1 lb a week too.

Sleeved 12/9 Height 5'9 SW 255 CW 198 Total lost 57 Breakfast: premiere protein shake (30g protein). About 2 hours later I'll have a Chobani yogurt cup. Lunch: around 1/3 cup of protein (chicken/beef) and 1/3-1/2 cup of veggies/salad. Dinner: same as lunch I try to have a fruit as a snack during he day. Also if I'm craving chips or chocolate then I'll have a little amount of that.
