What exercise/machines tone the upper legs?

I had sleeve 7-29-17 (lapband removal 12-16) I am still struggling with Protein. I cannot seem to find a protein shake that I can tolerate. The after taste is what gets me. I have lost from 197 to 155 is that normal progress? If I could find protein would that help? Also what does everyone do for Hair loss? My dr said over the counter vitamins are better than no vitamins at all. I am taking One A Day Petites (2) and Biotin that dissolve (10,000) Thanks for any info you can send.

I will be 2 weeks post op sleeve tomorrow. Someone please tell I'm not losing my mind. I can go from happy to wanting to cry. I have never been a feel sorry for me person. All I want to do is sit around. I have no energy and at the drop of a hat I am crying. Does this last very long? Didn't go hey this with my lapband. What is wrong with me?

Has anyone tried the cookies n creme protein powder by Body Fortress? I'm almost 8 weeks Post op sleeve and can't seem to find a protein to tolerate. Any help would be appreciated

I will be 7 weeks from Sleeve tomorrow. I have started having horrible headaches. Is this part of having sleeve? Scared to take any meds what could be causing this

I am 5 days Post op from having sleeve and I am needing help.. Is it normal to have NO PROBLEM drinking fluids, I don't even have to sip slow? I was in NO PAIN after surgery, had a few spells of nausea that's all.. Meds helped Also does anyone take Inspire 3+3 chewables? Are they " too sweet" gritty? I appreciate any help I can get!! I am almost 4 weeks Post op from Sleeve. At my 3 week follow up, my dr said I could take any over the counter vitamin I wanted. He said I could swallow them didn't have to be chewable or baractric formulated. I am already taking biotin and b12 which are dissolvable. I am throughly confused now and told my dr I was because I had read and been told read vitamins needed to be chewable. He said just take vitamins didn't matter. So can someone please help!!! What are the best tasting chewable vitamins to take? Also what type of calcium? I have heard calcium citrate and also it was ok for plain calcium.. Also, dr put me on Vit D 3 times a week which I have to swallow can't chew it Thanks in advance for info

Can I use gummies?

Has anyone used vitamins from Bariatric Advantage? Chewable? Gummies? Taste? Need to find a vitamin and need help. My dr said I didn't have to do chewable or crush them. He said I could do any vitamins I wanted. So I am confused even more.

I had my sleeve one day after you. I am also struggling with being overly tired. I just start my purée soft food hoping that might help with more of a variety of food to eat.

Does this have the protein after taste? Are they overly sweet?

Feeling very discouraged. Someone mentioned to me Inspire but it expensive and scared to order and it be gross? Anyone tried it?

No. But I have tried the Premier Protein Water and super sweet and such a bad after taste. Tried a couple of the Protein2O still sweet to me not as bad as the Premier

Sleeved June 28 2017 and noticed I have a awful taste in my mouth all the time. I brush teeth and nothing seems to help. Why the awful taste?

Does anyone on here take Inspire 3+3 vitamins? I am 8 days Post sleeve and debating on getting them. Need direction on capsules vs chewables? Worth the $$??

Are they hard to chew? Silly question I knew but some chewables are hard as a rock to chew

I am one week post op sleeve. Need help with Protein and vitamins. The online support group my nurse told me acts like Inspire is the only kind to drink~ like they swear by it. It seems pricey for such a small bag. Does anyone here drink it? Is it worth the money? And their 3+3 vitamins? My dietician says to take centrum chewable and 6 calcium citrate Also have a friend who says Nectar is just as good not as expensive. Help can't choose. I never could find a Protein I liked with my lapband so I didn't drink it and suffered the results with my hair. Wanting to improve with my sleeve so it helps my hair. Thanks for the help I have so much to learn

I did buy the genpro. Can you explain why it's bad?

I am struggling with fluids. How does everyone get the required amount of fluids? Is there apps to help track? Does all fluids count or has to be water? I am one week post op sleeve and have soooo much to learn.. I heard sugar free popsicles count for fluids/how does that measure in ozs? Thanks

I loved sweet tea before surgery. Can I still drink it? Thought I couldn't this would be a miracle if I could lol
