I have a 6 year old and 10 year old. From the mo.ent my appointments and classes started I told them the truth. In full detail. (Not saying that what you're doing is wrong).. they were worried at first, but they had lots of time to get used to it and ask all the questions they wanted. I have experienced this a couple times now. Where I feel nauseous and like I have to throw up but nothing comes up. I just sit there and heave and heave. Some spit up maybe, but no food is coming up. It's such a terrible feeling. Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App

I'm wondering if any of you have had frozen yogurt since surgery. It may sound dumb but im not sure of the sugar content in frozen yogurt. Maybe there's certain flavors I can and can't have? I went through the same thing. People told me it was all in my head, but I know I was actually hungry! broth, yogurt, Jello and popsicles helped me through. The puree phase has definately helped! There's a lot of yummy options ???? Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App
