That does sound difficult. Good job removing all temptation. That was a smart idea. I am not doing a liquid diet until the day before surgery. I have been on a 1200 cal no carb diet since 12/28. I am starting to get used to it.

January 11th here. I have a final pre op visit with my doctor on the 5th.

I made the exact same changes as Bufflehead. I take Flintstones complete muti vitamin now every day but I think I will change to a special bariatric chewable soon. I don't even have a surgery date yet but I know I must make these changes in order to be successful for the long term. Its getting easier every day. Stick with it.

Hello fellow nutmeggers! I am pre op. I don't even have a surgery date yet. I live in Windham county in the quiet corner. I'm having the procedure done at Middlesex hospital. Just looking for some support. I am going through all of the pre op tests and diet now and it is tough.
