After mine I ended up having a 42 day "period" and it was basically because I was losing weight so fast. And I unfortunately did some selfsabotage I didn't see it then but I now see it and am tryn to get back in track and it's very hard... so never give up an stick to ur basics small portions and Protein first... no snacking either.... good luck you will do amazing Sent from my SM-S920L using the BariatricPal App
