Well here it is Dec 1st and the long wait is coming to an end but the end of Dec we will all have been Banded. My pre-op is going very well and have lost 13lbs to date and will be banded next Tuesday Dec 9th. I wish you and the best and Gods Blessing. Carol

JoAnn your going to be a great bandster. Well my pre-op is going well and not hard at all I have done this diet before and lost 45lbs, here I am with all of you getting a tool so this time it won't come back. Hi There Thought I would let you know how my pre-op diet is going. I get 1000 cal and this is my 3rd day and have lost 1.5 lbs so it working. With 18days till surgery. Carol

My last meal was very good, I have got everything I need to start my pre-op diet tomorrow. And have another 22 days to go before surgery. Carol

Tonight I'm going to have my last large meal and I'm going to have Prime Rib with all the trimmings. Then start my pre-op one day sooner. I'm feel like Joann very excited but getting a little nervous. Blessings on your journey Carol

My nutritianist gave me a recipe to add to my Protein shakes and things I add mile to . It will give you more protein. MILK MIXTURE: 1 qt. skim milk (nonfat milk) 1 cup of nonfat powdered milk Mix ingredients together. Chill Well. Use in place of regular for cooking or in special drinks. Calories per serving:195 Protein: 18 gram. It great to add Proteins. Carol

Well Pete I start my pre-op diet Tuesday and on a 1000 cal diet two slimfast and on frozen dinners. Thanksgiving I will be eating turkey and vegs I invited a house full of people to celabrate the day with me. On Christmas I will be on mushies and not going to cook this year guess family will have to find somewhere else to eat. LOL Carol

I need to learn to count my fingers better because I start my pre-op on Nov 17th not the 27th I'm beginning my count down I have a month before my surgery I can wait until it here waiting has been the hardest so far for me. Carol

Hi Goose I don't get them in sets I go where they sell dishes and you can get them but the piece. I had gotten some plates and was lucky enough to find the bowls that color match. I thought it would be nice to have plates that where the was holiday themes. I have fall going to find Christmas or Winter soon. Oh yes done know if you have a FredMyers there but that is where I shop. Carol

Well went shopping today and found some really cute bowl that look like cermic frying pans and they hold 1 cup so with now that out of the way what else should I get. lol Sure I will find something. Carol
