I'm pretty sure I'll lose some weight before surgery as I'm trying to change my eating/patterns/habits now. So far so good. Still pretty hard to try and sip throughout the day; and not to drink with or right after a meal. but I'll get there. I'm digging my food choices though; been doing some different recipes. My kids won't try them though; so it's either a PB sandwich or cereal for them. I refuse to make anything that they can't because they're being picky. I've been back to my weight training. I can feel the difference; best feeling ever. Problem is, I feel so great working out and then I have to walk by the full length body mirror in the gym. UGH. At least it's a reminder to keep going.
