So I've been trying to wake up early and get my workouts in, only did it twice. I can't seem to shake off my tiredness in the mornings! I know if I kept it up, I'd make it into a habit and it'll get easier, but I don't know if I want to do that. When I workout in the evenings, take my shower, I'm so ready to lay down and sleep. I think I'll stick to my evenings.
Now, if I decided to stop working, then I'll do mornings...around 9 or 10. LOL

I remember when I started working out in the mornings, I decided I was gonna do it no matter what. Even if I was ready to cry, I was gonna drag myself out of bed when the alarm went off. What motivated me was I read somewhere that it takes 21days to form a habit, so I made peace with the fact that the first three weeks were gonna be miserable, and then it would get better. That's pretty much what happened. In the middle of the third week, it started to get easier. Now I also work from home and usually work out during my lunch break, but I kinda miss having my morning ritual.. it feels really nice once you get used to it.
Good luck!

Not sure if I want to try 21 days of it-only lasted 2! Lol. I'm sure it won't be the last time I try it out though. I've been getting in bed by 10, and so I have plenty of sleep to be up at 6 get a workout on and be out the door by 8. It's also nice without the kids, have a cup of coffee and enjoy quiet time and waking up without kid demands. I think at this stage of my life I'll take the quiet time and do workouts in the evening. I'll try mornings again either when my kids can get up and get themselves ready on their own (or actually sleep in) or if I decided to stop working.
@MSinger I deal with the morning stuffiness from allergies too. It's terrible trying to wake up, get moving, and clear your sinuses. Blah.
@Introversion the timing of your workouts are what I did when I was a stay at home mom. I kind of wish the freedom of my time then. Maybe in a year or so I'll go back to it.
@Apple1 I think you found your groove!!! I'm still so proud of you for sticking to it. 👏🏽
